Jimmy's Chimichurri (GF, DF, AIP, KETO)
Let’s get saucy!
That is one of my BIGGEST meal prep strategies. In order to feel good about spending your sunday roasting up a whole bunch of chicken breasts & a few different veggies, you have to know you’re not going to be crazy sick of them by the end of the week.
SO, I add a few sauces to my meal prep each week. Having a few difference sauces to choose from allows you to totally transform the flavour of a dish without having to do any extra prep at all!
Oh… and they take very little addition prep time! WIN!
This is one of my absolute favourites because it goes with literally ANYTHING… but especially with a good steak. Check it out!
TIME: 10 minutes
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup cilantro (thick stems removed)
1/4 cup fresh oregano (stems removed)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1) Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Occasionally scrape down the sides as needed.
2) Transfer to mason jar and enjoy as a condiment or marinade!
It’s really that easy and I promise you… SO. MUCH. FLAVOUR! Yuuuuum.
