This Sausage & Apple Breakfast skillet is so RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE, you can make it in just 15 minutes with just 4 ingredients... and it won't take you long to eat it either cause its downright delicious if I do say so myself!! 🤤

I highly recommend doubling, tripling or even quadrupling this recipe because it keeps well in the fridge or freezer and reheats like a dream! … honestly guys, ALWAYS make more than you think you need. Leftovers, if you wanna keep up with cooking healthy, are a life-saver!

Sausage & Apple Breakfast Skillet (AIP, GAPS, Paleo, GF, DF)

TIME: 15 minutes

SERVINGS: 2

INGREDIENTS

8oz Chicken Sausage (sliced)

1 Apple (cored & chopped)

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 Avocado (pitted & halved)

DIRECTIONS

1) Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage, apples & cinnamon. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and apples are soft.

2) Divid the sausage, apples, and avocado onto plates or into containers. Enjoy!
