I am a certified holistic nutritionist & AIP coach. I use my knowledge and expertise and combine them with the understanding and experience of someone who has had to conquer two autoimmune diseases herself.

Of course, with my friends, I also share all of my favourite recipes (like this healthy fudge recipe!) that will satisfy your cravings while actually helping heal the gut! Yep… that’s what I’m all about!
All of my recipes are super easy and made with real food ingredients! They are ALL gluten-free & dairy-free and many of them are compliant for some of the more focused gut-healing protocols that I work with like AIP, GAPS, SCD, & Paleo.
NO FLUFFY, FANCY RECIPES HERE! Only realistic, holistic ones! ;)
